Kieran found this charming Cotswold Store but it was in desperate need of a restoration. He got to work quickly after Howard checked and assessed and signed off the electrics. The textured exterior was stripped, repaired and painted. Kieran removed the paper roofing and individually added over a thousand Versi-slate roof tiles to update the appearance and add authenticity. Next he added new windows and changed the interior paper to ensure the flooring was more accurate and rustic and the paintwork was updated. This house was put on to the shop floor for sale and quickly found a new home with a delighted customer.
