|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We carry a huge range of many thousands of items in stock both online and in our bricks and mortar shop. Many of our miniatures are individually hand made for us by ourselves or our artisans makers, and consequently may vary slightly from the image shown. From time to time we may find we have sold out of the item you have ordered. Should this happen we will contact you and advise of suitable alternatives we have, or arrange for the required item to be made again for you.
|Shipping And Handling Postage & packing costs are based on the weight of your order, and are calculated in your basket on checking out.|
Most lighter weight UK deliveries are just £3.95, to Europe £7.95 and Rest of World £9.95, other than orders including heavier items such as dolls houses or higher value items such as trainsets whioch will require a signature on delivery, and are charged according to our delivery costs based on the weight of your order, which are from £7.95 for UK, and from £20 for overseas.
|Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7-10 days, but may take longer depending on customs handling and local delivery conditions.|
Many of our products are individually made for us by artisans, and are displaced both in our store as well as on our website. From time to time, we may sell out of a line in our shop without the stock being immediately reduced on the website, and as a result we may not be able to immediately fulfil your order. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you ensure to obtain a Certificate of Posting and should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, with original packaging. Please open any items carefully, and ensure you package any returns carefully to avoid damage.
